Advantages: Interesting, Exciting to watch, Good presenters, Helps you to recognize scams

Disadvantages: Makes scammers aware of new scams that they may try... (at the same time, makes victims aware)

This is the kind of interesting show that I love. It is based on real life situations that not all of us are aware of. In particular, this show is about everyday scams that go on around us all. Some of them are quite amazing and the program is aimed at making people aware, so they do not get scammed themselves.

However, the show also tempted me into trying a few of the bar tricks, which are quite good! The main part of the show features some scams done to members of the public and people at work. For example, a fake cleaner walks into an office building, key-logs a computer in the process of ´cleaning´ and then ends up stealing someone´s bank details. Some of the scams are quite scary but very real.

The proposition bets are fun to watch. They include things you can try on your mates (if they don´t watch the show)! You can get some free drinks from simple bets that only one person wins - you. Something may seem impossible, but there is a sneaky way round it such as to finishing drinking a glass of wine before a pint of beer before someone else can have a couple shots.

It is a really interesting show to watch and has taught me some valuable lessons. There are three presenters. They are all experts in what they do. One is a lady who can easily tempt the younger boys into something. One guy is an expert in magic tricks and a bit of an illusionist. The other guy is a professional looking but sneaky businessman. They work together to pull off sum excellent scams that are quite horrific. Everyone gets their money back at the end, but it is all done with secret cameras at first to prove that it can be done and to make you aware of it.

Thanks for reading,

Carbon

Summary: A really interesting program that may prevent you from getting scammed if you watch it

A company I worked at a few years ago got done when somebody came to "replace" the photocopiers and wheeled them all into the back of a stolen truck never to be seen again !!!

I like to watch this show but can't stand Jess! I agree that it does make people aware of the scams and how they can actually do them too! I think it should come with a 'don't do this at home' warning. xx
