Secret Millionaire is a show made by channel four which gives millionaires the chance to visit some of the poorest and roughest areas around Britain in order to meet people that they then go on and help at the end of the program.

The people that they help at the end of the program are the people that the millionaires think deserve the money the most, and the people that they think the money will change the lives for the better the most too. The amount given away really varies, some people just give away a few thousand pounds and then I have seen one man give away about £300 000 in total, but it really depends on how much the millionaire wants to give away himself.

Its hard to say if this program is always good, as its not consistently the same. The millionaires are different on each episode and some are better than others at making their own TV program if you like.
However in general the episode is quite nicely set out, they all follow the same routines, the millionaire moving home to live in somewhere else, then them getting to know the area and making their own diary and then at the end them giving away the money, and it even shows them going back a little later on which is nice as you can see if their money has really made a difference to the people.

The show also has commentary running through it which makes it more complete as most of the millionaire don't have any experience in making TV programs.

This program is not only interesting to watch, but it is also fun, sometimes sad, but most of all its good to see that there are some really genuine people out there, people who would let people live in their house, make them food, or lend them clothes for free when they don't actually know there a millionaire and don't expect anything back. If you see this on tv make sure you watch it as you will really enjoy this one.
