The Secret Millionare is a british reality T.V show which is broadcast on channel four . The idea of the show is to get a multi millionare living the high life in the U.K , where jaccuzzis , ferrari's and champagne are all in a days work . These people actually apply to take part in the show , and channel 4 place them in a deprived area in the U.K to basically 'Get Stuck In'. The typical content is the millionare going undercover in the community . How do they film it , whilst keeping it a secret ?? I hear you ask . The usual story is something along the lines of we're making a documentary about sport or youth projects in the area . The contestant would usually take part in volunteer work at various do-good organisations . They then get to know people in the community better and after various ways of deciding they give them a cheque for thousands of pounds . I only started watching this show in this series and the current series last episode was last night . Areas that have been visited by secret millionare include Barrow , Dundee , Blackpool , Rhyl and Aberfan .
