The Sunday Night ProjectNewest Review: ... believed they have other 'irons in the fire' and won't return to film series 10 of the show, and Channel 4 believe that it won't work with two new comedians again. Now, don't quote me on that, but it may be a while until it returns to our screens as a new series. In the meantime, the odd repeat will crop up on Freeview channels such as E4 and 4music from time to time. There you have it - ... more |

The Sunday Night Project...This time last year, the new series was soon to be broadcast on our screens and all was well again with the world...but where has it gone? As with my review on The Wright Stuff, here's a bit of an insight into how things are done on the show, and also explain what the shows about... The last series of SNP was broadcast between December 2008 and February 2009. The concept of the show for those completely unaware is the two comedians Alan Carr and Justin Lee Carr and joined each week by a different 'host', which made the show unique to other ones which may be deemed similar - rather than having a guest, the regular presenters are in ... The Sunday Night Project (formerly The Friday Night Project) is a TV show partially hosted by comedians Justin Lee Collins and Alan Carr, although the main responsibility falls on the celebrity guest host. Each week there is a different live act which play a short bit of music before and after each advert break, along with a full song at the end of the show. The show always begins with the celebrity guest host running through some trivial news items, usually followed by a joke for each. I think this is a worthwhile part of the show as it suggests wether the guest host is naturally funny, and will provide an enjoyable show. A part of the show I ... Read the complete review

Orignally use to be on a friday night..this show is hosted by Justin Lee Colins and Alan Carr and is absolutley hairlous!! Each week they are joined with another celebrity host and from start to finish it's just full of gags and p!ss takes!! Alan and Justin make a fantastic comedy duo and work really well together. It's not like any other talk shows, which in essence is what this really is, and it makes a change watching other celebs actively take part in taking the mick out of themselves. It follows the same format every week, like any talk or panel show but because the jokes and sketches are different it doesnt become tring ... Read the complete review

Sunday Night Project The Sunday night project formally known as the Friday night project is a comedy chat show with comedians Justin Lee Colins and Alan Carr (who I think are hilarious) and each week there is a celebrity guest presenting the show. The celebrities have included Mariah Carey, Will Young, Mark Ronson, Gok Wang, Billie Pipper, Kelly Osbourne, David Tennent and lots more. The celebrities that appear on the show are always well known so you find it entertaining to watch. To start of the show the celebrity guest introduces themselve and tells a few jokes on the weeks news. They then are quizzed by Alan and Justin about themselves which ... Read the complete review

Originally known as the Friday Night Project, this is one of the funniest shows on C4 at the moment. This comes on every Sunday and is hosted by Alan Carr and Justin Lee Collins and a different special guest every week! I love this show and the jokes and comedy sketches will leave you falling off your sofa every week. You cannot help but love Alan Carr and Justin Lee Collins, they work so we together. The other special part of the show is there special guest, who hosts the show and is different every week. The show's producers seem to be able to pick both relevant and interesting guests every week, and I am yet to be disappointed with their choice. ... Read the complete review
