who are the real x factor winners (The X Factor)

Advantages: good saturday night entertainment

Disadvantages: to predictable in the tv show format

The X Factor has now reached the live rounds, where the public can now vote for their favourite artist/group in the competition. This year there has been a change in the judging line up with the departure of the fabulous Sharon Osbourne, the wife of the famous Ozzy formerly of Black Sabbath. Sharon was replaced by Cheryl Cole of the girl band Girl's Aloud, which also was originally put together via a reality talent show on tv.

I must admit even though i honestly think this show is now so predictable in the way they edit and set the show out, you know what they are going to say, you allways going to get the contestants with the 'sob' story etc.. but the programme is compulsive viewing.

The programme will now be on every saturday night leading up to christmas, and who ever wins the x factor , it is now taken for granted they will have the christmas no 1 in the singles charts in the UK.

I Personally think the only real winners in this type of tv contest is the actually promoters not the actual winners etc. ok apart from Leona Lewis 2 years ago. everyone else who has won this and similar show have now practically unheard of now.

my view on the x factor... good entertainment while it is on, then i have no interest whatso ever in the winner after that.

Summary: ok for entertainment value, but doesnt show off the true musical talent in britain
