I always watch this morning with Judy Finnigan and Richard Maddelly.
They always have good reallife guests on, and a doctor called Chris Steele who talks about all aspects of health and medicines.
And how to cook tasty meals.
I enjoy their regular midday money competition, where people win £1000 for every simple general knowledge question, they ask.
They regularly give people makeovers with the hairdresser being Nicky Clarke, who in my opinion is one of the best stylists.
