Timmy Time.............

Timmy Time is a new programme that is aired on the cbeebies channel. It is shown at 9 am and repeated again later in the afternoon and is so enjoyable Jack doesn't mind watching it over and over again.

It is from the makers of the well known Shaun the sheep but Timmy is a younger lamb who attends nursery school with all his small animal friends. He has a friend who is a pig, an owl, another lamb a cat and a hedgehog.

There are no words in the programme but the animals make the associated noise such as the pig snorts a lot in the right places giving you an idea of what would be said if they were talking. The stories are easy to follow and in my opinion doesn't need any words.

The theme tune is very catchy just as the Shaun the sheep one was and Jack goes mad when it comes on as it is a show that he likes so much. The programme runs for around 10 to 15 minutes which is long enough to keep Jack attention.

The whole show is made from play doh type figures and I think it is done brilliantly. It is very bright and colourful which again is something that holds Jacks attention. All the characters in the show are exceptionally cute and the programme is a real joy to watch.

I would recommend this show to anyone with children of a pre-school age but then again both me and my other half seem to sit still and watch the entire programme when it is on so I do think anyone would enjoy it to an extent.

It really is one not to miss. A five star show.

I do hope this has been of some help/interest to you.

Many thanks for taking the time to read.

Summary: enjoyable kids programme

I'm becoming 'out of touch' with all of the children's shows!! Good review :-)
