The show sees Hooker returning to uniform to head up the training academy and he gets to mentor Zmed character who is a bit rash and ready to fly off the handle at the slightest thing. The chemistry on screen between the two worked quite well however this show would be rated average at best and certainly looks a bit dated these days where it is on Bravo some of the time. T J Hooker was an American TV drama with William Shatner of star trek fame in the lead role of T J Hooker who was a member of the Los Angeles police force as a veteren police sergeants. Hiss main co stars were Heather Locklear who provided the glamour and Adrian Zmed was the eye candy for the ladies.
