Top cat used to be one of my fave programmes as a child so much so i named my kitten tc after it.
Top cat or tc as he is known is the leader of a cartoon bunch of alley cats, with his side kick been a purple/blue cat called benny. They live in dustbins and get up to all sorts of antics, forever chased in classic cartoon style by officer dibble the dimwitted police officer always trying to trip tc up.
A great cartoon, not filled with violence like modern kids programmes.
