I have been watching Travel shop on TV on and off for 7 months now, looking for the ideal holiday, and hey I thought this is the one, it quoted " Albefuira, Portugal. Sept
7 nights, first child Free - £150per person,
7 nights Self Catering, flights included, I telephoned and emailed, promised a reply within 24 hrs, 4 days went by, heard nothing at all. then on the 5th day I get a telephone call, stating the total cost of my holiday would be £1031.00, I questioned this
there and then, but no expalinable answer was given, do I wish to book this holiday. Well you can imagine my reply, Why do companies offer one price and quote another.
I was very annoyed at the outcome, the attitude of the telephone conversation, has anyone else had a similar experience.
