'Trisha' is a morning talk show on ITV from 9:25am - 10:25am. Trisha Goddard is a lovely woman, understanding, caring, and makes a point of not judging people (like many times we do!!), before knowing the whole story.

The talk show has covered numerous issues in the past that we all face sometime in our lives - from jealousy, weight problems, love rats, relationships, to name just a few.

It is filmed in Anglia House, Norwich. I have been a member of the audience a few times in the past, and feel they treat their guests really well. More often than not, they lay on a free coach from certain areas around the country, and once you get to Anglia House, they will give you light refreshments, ie, tea, coffee, saugage rolls etc. All this is free. The studio is fairly spacious, and Trisha herself is just as lovely off camera, as she is on!

Some shows are more light-hearted than others. There's been male strippers on before, men who think they are god's gift, and other interesting people that you wouldn't think exist!

I find the show interesting, and it covers a lot of great topics which, at times, has made me think about my own life, and how to deal with certain situations.
