Been there, done that and got the tshirt is what Trisha can say about a lot of the problems aired on her show.

This is just what is needed for a 'chat' show host not someone who has had a non eventful sheltered life and cannot understand or feel what they are going through.

She does the show her way and does not try and copy her American counterparts or anyone else for that matter.

She might look kind of fragile but she can hold her own, control the audience and get her guests to open up and her audiences are not fixed.
