Advantages: Good story line, funny refrences, great acting

This is a very funny comedy to paramount comedy which is now called comedy central. The new series is shown on monday nights at 9pm but there are repeats on most evenings for the old series and comedy central +1 will show the program an hour after the first channel does so you are abe to watch it a bit later if you miss it.

What is it about?

This is about 2 men who live together and the son of one of the men who comes to stay on a regular basis. Charlie is the man who owns the house and took in his brother Alan when he got divorsed. Charlie is a ladies man who finds a new woman every night, he drinks alot and makes money off the jingles that he writes for adverts, he doesn't do alot of work and waits for his royalties to come in. He pays for a cleaner to clean his house. She is funny and is always insulting them and making sly comments. Charlie has a stalker Rose. She lives neer him and is a friend but she stalks him and he knows she does but doesn't mind her doing it. Charlie doesn't want to settle down but his mind may be being changed at the moment in the new series just have to wait and see.

Alan is Charlies brother he is divorsed from a woman that he still loves and has a son called jake who comes to stay with him. He is tight with his money and unlucky in love. He works as a chyropractor and is very clever and uses long words. He is set in his was that he is a fuddy duddy and things have to be done right and not have fun to the frustration of others. As time has gone on some of charlies ways are rubbing off on him and he is always having to bail Charlie out. He does take his brother for granted because he doesnt pay anything towards living with him but I don't think Charlie really minds.

Jake is the son of Alan he is now a teenager which makes the program more funny because he understands more and is a typical teen age lad. He is fuled by his tummy which they take the micky out of him for. He is not the brightest spark in the box which is funny in its self and now that he is interested in girls he gets into his own situations. He is a good kid deep down and has some of his farthers traits when it comes to some things about women.

Other charactors consist of Alans wife and their mother, who come in and out of their lives with diffent problems and senarios.

This is a brilliant comedy to watch for people who are not prude their are sexual refrences and rude words throughout but it is still quiet mild. I am glad the new series has started and will never fail to laugh at the program when I am watching it. I even watch the re-runs even if I have watched them before.

Bit of info

Charlie Sheen who plays Charlie is the son of Martin Sheen who is a famous actor and the brother of Emilio Estevez who is also a famous actor. Charlies real name is Carlos Estevez but changed it to resemble his farthers stage name when he became an actor.

Summary: Good monday night tv to relax to and makes you feel good to laugh
