Advantages: Brilliant storylnes, characters and acting
Disadvantages: Some mysterious are more interesting than others
An intelligent, witty, show that is so much more than just a teen show. With genius writing and beautifully flawed characters, the show is completely captivating and has wonderful mysteries to hold your attention.
The title character of Veronica is portrayed brilliantly by Kristen Bell. Bell's acting gives so many layers to this sarcastic, misfit, character who investigates in her hometown of Neptune. Following in the footsteps of her Private Investigator father Keith Mars (Enrico Colantoni), who is trying his best to be Veronica's sole parent after her mother Lianne left.
Veronica's some-time high school antagonist and some-time love interest Logan Echolls (Jason Dohring) is undeniably manipulative and flawed, with reason considering his parents. While her loyal best friend Wallace Fennel (Percy Daggs III) supports Veronica through her mysteries, as well as her computer-hacking accomplice Cindy 'Mac' Mackenzie (Tina Majorino) and on/off boyfriend Duncan Kane (Teddy Dunn). As well as her frienemy Eli 'Weevil' Navarro (Francis Capra).
The first season sees Veronica on the trail of her best friend Lilly Kane's killer, while the second sees her investigating a high school bus crash and the third/final season has her confronting a college campus rapist amongst other things.
The show came to a premature end and considering the quality should have lasted much longer, however you can still enjoy what was made of the show so I recommend you do.
Summary: There's no mystery to how brilliant this show is, watch it!
