Veronicas Closet is one of those imported sitcoms based around one star - Kirstie Alley (ex Cheers) - that doesn't quite live up to the promise.
Kirstie herself is fine in her role as Fashion magazine Editor, but sometimes her supporting cast are just too weak.
Compare the show to another Fashion magazine type scenario - Just Shoot me - where a number of the cast are funny, there is good interaction and plenty of laughs. With Veronica - to my mind - Kirstie Alley isnt strong enough to carry the whole thing on her own - in fact her slip is often showing. Probably needs re-vanmping a bit by bringing a strong secondary character to take the wait off her shoulders.
