Newest Review: ... forward as that. The deo always have a storyline of thier lives which seem to be acted out as the program progresses, so you'd better take notice of those background scenes! The Crazy welshman usally finds himself dressed up and playing upto three different people in any one given episode, all strung together with some masterfull editing to create the final product that is amazingly funny! The reviews themselves are usally one violent, one "erotic", one factual and the rest are usally quite normal videos. They are very factual and truthful reviews, so if they don't like it, they'll tell you so in a profound manner tha... more

Vids is a program all about the weeks video releases, with a difference! Stef (The long haired, bearded sane one) and Nigel (The totally insane Welsh one) Ride the magic turd of truth, every week at 1.30 or 2 am every saturday night / sunday morning to tell us the delights of the weeks video and DVD releases. However it's not as stright forward as that. The deo always have a storyline of thier lives which seem to be acted out as the program progresses, so you'd better take notice of those background scenes! The Crazy welshman usally finds himself dressed up and playing upto three different people in any one given episode, all strung together with some ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review So what’s the differnce between ‘Bits’ and ... (347 words)

This is the ideal placement of such treatment of recent video releases where there is enough detail that can be skimped over because it’s almost a sure thing that through some form or another, you have heard the film they’re talking about (not some of the cruder ones that are on offer which is either bad sci-fi or bad porn....). BUT for the uninitiated, they will give a brief synopsis of what’s it about OR what it’s based on. Originally, a lot of the focus of the show was that they were presenting this from a run-down video-shop (they still do BUT it's not so much mentioned now), somewhere in the middle of nowhere (or at the very ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Vids: VIDS IS MENTAL!!! (88 words)

Vids is the most most amusing video review show on TV. Its stars 2 crazy Welshmen, and is situated in a doss hole. The jokes are phsycotic but amusing even on the very, very, very low budget on which this programme is filmed! It shows new video releases, mostly the quirky and not so well known videos. It is most suited for adults, especially those who appreciate bad humour! The only problem is that is on too late for most. Provides a laugh for the insomniacs of this country! ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Sometimes I felt disgusting (212 words)

This is a show that introduce and recommends videos that are release lately in United Kingdom. It is showed on Channel 4 (4 Later) usually around 2 AM or 3 AM. I am not sure why the show time is so late. However after watching several episodes I think I realized why. This show is hosted by two guys, one fatish, blode and shorter, and the other is taller and slimmer. Their names are Nige and Steph. I sometimes watched this show when I couldn't sleep at night (well there are no other choices actually). The two hosts use a "very special" way to introduce the latest videos - funny (sometimes they think they are funny), and disgusting (most of time). ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Vids, the best by far! (241 words)

From the first time I saw Vids, I was hooked. The sheer overlooked furious wit and delivery of their reviews is astounding. Set mostly in a poverty-ridden flat (reminiscent of Richie and Eddie's flat from 'Bottom') or just about anywhere interesting they can find to do with the review, Nige and Steph wax lyrical about new releases and re-releases in the video world. Steph acting as Nige's stooge for the jokes plays the curiously mad yet level headed one, whilst Nige plays the amazingly witty and incredibly graphic, foul and somewhat demented 'reviewer'. Even through these circumstances, Nige and Steph always come accross film ...  Read the complete review
