BBC portray important issues in an effective, entertaining way - WELL DONE! (Waterloo Road)

Advantages: Good plots, addresses necessary issues Disadvantages: Can be slightly depressing at times
This is a BBC programme based around the troubles and tribulations of the school children at Waterloo Road school. It focuses all sorts of issues which teenagers go through daily and I believe that there should be more programmes like this out there. Not only does it address these issues, but it makes audiences feel its normal to be worried or experiencing similar problems. I could relate to this programme when I started watching the show as I could still remember clearly school days and those issues running through my head and my family had links to teaching and so I had already got experience of that perspective through them but I love that other people can gain opinions from watching this programme. Summary: Good programme and helps address problems teenagers experience everyday |
