I am quite a big TV general knowledge quiz fan, but who want to be a millionaire has now started to really bug me! It has become a boring and tedious programme as Chris Tarrant desperately tries to generate some tension in the air, when everyone knows that they are not going to win a million, because they would have announced it first!
The "final answer" and "we'll find out after the break" really doesn't excite me any more. I think that the standard format of the game show has become boring - something new is needed - perhaps just starting at £1000 might help - the sub-£1000 questions are pointlessly pathetic!
