Advantages: lots of money

Disadvantages: boring , too slow, very hard questions

I would have to disagree with a lot of people when they say that this is a great game show worth watching. It isn't even worth the money they pay Chris Tarrent to host it! It is a boring and pointless show with no meaning at all.

For those of you who don't know what this actually is, its a game show hosted by Chris Tarrent. Contestants are given 3 lifelines, phone a friend, ask the audiance and 50 50. The contestant gets asked questions and each time they answer correctly they move up ti a different level and a larger ammount of money. When they have no lifelines left and they're not sure about a question they can take the money they've got or risk it. If they answer the question correctly they go up a level if they get it wrong they drop down to the last safety point, these are £1,000 and £32,000. The object of the game is to win as much money as possible.

I watch a couple of programmes when it first came out to see what all the fuss was about and frankly, i'd rather be on The Weakest Link answering to Anne Robinson than watching this. Ok, so it might not be that bad but you have to admit that this isn't your ideal programme to watch on a saturday evening. It is perfect if you want to fall asleep but other than that it is worthless.

One of the bad things about it is the way Chris Tarrent takes so long about everything, he keeps going are you sure? are you sure? which really gets on my nerves.

The good thing about it is the amount of money you win especially is you were the person on the show that was rigged to get more veiwers. But the questions are so hard, once your up to £32,000 it is practically impossible, well at least you have those lifelines!

This is an ok programme and great for those who like this sort of thing. I personnaly don't like the show and will probably never watch it again but that is a matter of opinion. I would not recommend it.
