Advantages: it is nail bitting
Disadvantages: too many already rich winners
There is no need to tell you what this game show is all about because the name says it all. It is a fun and enjoyable programme to watch with many tense moments that have you on the edge of your seat.
You sit at home really frustrated when you know the answer of a question and the contestant doesn’t have a clue, I think I speak for everyone when I say we sit at home shouting the answers at the T.V and getting really angry at the fact that you know the answer is so simple.
Chris Tarrant makes the show even more exciting when he keeps asking the contestants "is that your final answer" and also when the contestant has said "that is my final answer" Chris suddenly says "lets take a short break and we will be back in a minute". These sort of things have you on the edge of your seat.
The game show is brilliant because it gives you a good chance of winning a lot of money, it allows you three lives and if you get to certain amounts you keep that money whatever happens. I feel the life line 50/50 is a the best life line of all because it allows you to take away two wrong answers and leave you with one right answer and the one remaining wrong answer which gives you an excellent chance of winning some more money.
The show is basically there to give any average person in the country a chance of winning one million pounds, although the show has been renowned for having rich people winning even more money that is OK, but if you have a lot of money why not let other people have a chance.

- 25/01/02 Hi Wildman, I was just reading your op. on 'who wants to be a millionaire', I also think that there have been to many millionaires on the show already, there should be some kind of screening process to prevent people that are already loaded getting even more money, Anyway I have had a look at a few more of your ops. and I thought maybe you would find the ones I do interesting also, we share some common interests don't you think?

...Except I only read it because I wondered why I'd never seen your name on any of my opinions yet was suddenly a "trustee"...
