Advantages: Very Funny

Disadvantages: Lots of adverts on Five US.

I'm going to review the American version of this show; with host Drew Cary with comedians, Wayne Brady, Ryan Stiles and Colin Mochrie. There is then always an extra comedian to make this up to four - these guests range from Robin Williams to Whoopi Goldberg.

In the UK this is shown on the digital channel Five US and is one of my favourite shows. It's an improvisational comedy show where the presenter, Drew, chooses different games to play including two or all four of the other comedians. Just a few of these games include:

*Sound Effects: where two members of the audience are chosen at random to make the sound effects on stage for a certain scene which is acted out by Colin and Ryan.

*Foreign Film Dub: this is where two of the comedians act out a scene in a foreign accent, normally just talking gibberish with an accent, and then the other two translate it to anything they choose.

*The Hoe Down: this is usually done at the end of the show where the four comedians line up and sing a verse each about a certain subject chosen by an audience member. This is very entertaining and they usually end up mocking each other.

*The Irish Drinking Song: this is very similar to the Hoe Down but is done with different music and the comedians only say a line of the song; this normally ends up with them coming out with funny ryhmes or it making no sense at all.

Thats just a few of the many different games they play on the show.

The music is played by Laura Hall, on the piano, and Linda Taylor on the guitar.

It is shown multiple times daily from around midday and is half an hour long however, about 10minutes of this is adverts which is rather annoying.

I really would recommend watching this show as it is very often extremely funny and addictive.
