Wild At Heart Series

Wild at heart was a series that i somewhat stumbled across. The initial advertising didnt in any way grab my attention (not quite sure why as i love wildlife) and i only ended up watching because of other household members and am very glad with hindsight that i did. The series follows an english family who end up living on and managing a game lodge in South Africa following a brief visit to the Leopards Den site. This move means they have to move in with the often grumpy Duplicy, who i have to say has become my all time favorite TV character - he is amazing and hilarious and maes the whole programme a classic. Wild at Heart is a brilliant ITV drama, that has been on for around four years. The series begin in 2005, and follows a family that has moved out to live in Africa and run a Safari and animal hospital, as the father/step father is a vet. The family included Sarah and her children, Evan and Olivia, and Danny and his daughter Rosie, all played by fairly well know actors including Steven Tompkision, and Amanda Holden. When they arrive at their new house, they find a man, Duplesi, who becomes part of the family, and has lived in the house all of his live. *Introduction* I started watching Wild at Heart when it first started in January 2006 as soon as the first series of the program was aired. I love programs that include any sort of animals and thought this sort of show was exactly the kind of thing that I would like.
