Advantages: Entertaining and fast paced

Disadvantages: Nothing major

This is a good TV show which has been imported from America, it is a bit similar to the CSI shows as it is fast paced and related to the investigation of crime however in the case of his show it is focused on finding people who have gone missing, often this is as a result of crime but it does not always have to be the cause or consequence of the person being missing.

The action is focused in New York as it features the FBI Missing Persons Unit. It is quite noticeable that most of the team are young and attractive but then you sort of expect that from an American TV series.

Each show starts the same in that the action is focused on the person who eventually goes missing, suddenly they will be seen to just disappear in the middle of the scene and after that the focus is on the team looking for them. There are flashbacks or cut aways as the investigation progresses that feature the missing person as the parts of the puzzle are assembled.

I do like this show, it is fast paced and does not always end with a happy endng so it is a bit more realistic. As it is a series you get to also see the personal lives of the team, naturally there is the suggestion of romance within the team at times and you get to see the characters develop. The only down side is the fact that there are just too many good looking people in it for it to be totally taken seriously as being true to life.
