Advantages: different stories so keeps you gripped

Disadvantages: none I don't think

I have just finished watching season 3 of this great American drama. Its set in the New York office of the FBI missing persons unit.

All 24 episodes of this series are excellent, well acted and well written. All the characters are believable. Each episode is about 45 minutes long.

They grip you from start to finish with twists and turns. Sometimes the outcome is not a good one.

The cast is small, the team is headed up by Agent Jack Malone (Antony LaPaglia). Also stars Poppy Montgomery, Eric Close, Enrique Murciano and Marianne-Jean Bapiste. So in some episodes you get a glimpse into the agents private lives. Although this doesn't distract from the main story line.

There are four discs to this season and come in the dual layer format with a total running time of of 953 minutes. The navigation of the menu options is a simple process with not too many options and no annoying trailers at the beginning.

One of the producers on this series is Jerry Bruckheimer who also does the CSI's so you know you'll be in for a quality night of viewing.

This season ends in a terrific cliffhanger can't wait for season 4!

Summary: Another fine American crime series
