WWF's pay-per-view events have to be the best wrestling programmes on telly. They are usually 3 hours long and they always keep you entertained and you never know what is going to happen.
The Royal Rumble was one of the best i have ever seen.
Two titles changed hands, Chris Jericho beat Chris Benoit for the Intercontinental title and The Dudleyz beat Edge and Christian for the tag team titles.

There was just one thing wrong with the Royal Rumble, it was so obvious that Austin was going to win. I thought that it would have been a lot better had someone else won because everyone thought that Austin would win and it was a bit too inevitable.

I think that it will be the same old storyline again. Austin will go to Wrestlemania and beat Kurt Angle for the title and he will be champion AGAIN.

I think that everyone enjoys watching all of the Pay-per-view events because they are just that bit better than the weekly shows.
There is usually one Pay-per-view a month and there are a couple of big ones in the year which are essential to any WWF fan.

These are:

Summerslam - usually around June or July
Royal Rumble - January
Survivor Series - September or October

There are also other events held throughout the other months of the year, the WWF use these as tasters for the real big ones.

My personal favourite is the Royal Rumble because it is usually havoc and you never know what is going to happen and when.
I dont think that there has ever been a bad Royal Rumble and it is really good to see some of the surprise entries.

In the Royal Rumble just gone the legendary Honky-Tonk Man came back and the most notable surpise entry was Drew Carey!

If you watch wresting then you will probably understand what i am saying, if you dont watch it then maybe you should have a little watch, you wont be disappointed!
