Advantages: Biggest stars

Disadvantages: not enough wrestling

WWE's flagship wrestling program has been the homeground for the beginning, build and culmination of nearly all of the biggest storylines in the company. Who can forget Foley winning the World Title, Tyson turning up on WWE television, the debut of Chris Jericho...the list goes on.
However, herein lies the biggest problem with Raw today - the storylines. Firstly, the show is not so much built on angles anymore as backstage soap opera style segments. There's very rarely any stories which the fans can really get behind, although the the 2008 feud between Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels was very realistic and the fans definitely got it.
If you're looking for more of a wrestling show, ECW and Smackdown definitely offer a better quality. However, if you love seeing a show dominated by larger than life personalities and a usually hot main event end segment then WWE Raw is probably the one for you.

Summary: still a watchable show
