Xena - Warrior PrincessNewest Review: ... has made her into what she is fighting for all things good. Lucy Lawless plays Xena and does it perfectly I dont think they could have found a better person to play her she is everything you would expect, Good looking, Tall, great body, gorgeous blue eyes and an attitude to match ... Gabrielle (Renee O'Connor ) - Once again another perfectly placed character and sidekick for Xena, shes blonde (well she is now anyway!) nice eyes, gorgeous body, totally crazy about Xena, what more do you want really! As you can probably tell it is the charters that make this show what it is, the story lines are sometimes pretty weak and the humo... more |

Xena, the female warrior princess one of my favourite shows at the moment but upto a few months ago I had never even seen it Crazy as that sounds I mean how could I not have seen it.... Its Xena afterall you only have to watch it to know what I mean! The show contains everything you need to keep you entertained... I was told that I didnt know what I was missing so this was the main reason for watching the show and after the first time I found myself scouring the paper to find out when it was on again. Xena is on the 6th series now so it must be worth a look for it to have lasted this long! Basically the show is set in the gorgeous surroundings of ancient ... Read the complete review

I love this show, that is, when I can get to see it as the only terrestrial channel to pick it up in Channel 5 and I am only just on the verge of convincing my parents to get Sky One. Xena: Warrior Princess is one of the few shows that make the grade. Its gutsy, funny, action packed and at times emotional. I started watching because, well, it as on, and after a couple of weeks I was hooked. The story lines may not be down to earth or believable, but something screams in me that the characters are what make this show. Xena, the 'warrior woman' haunted by her slightly unhinged past and warlord wars, dedicates herself to fighting for all ... Read the complete review

Looking down the comments already made it's clear to see that Xena: Warrior Princess has at least nine fans. It should have more. Xena is a groud-breaking show; a fast-paced romp through all that is Greek and Roman, taking in every imaginable sight and sound of the Homer-esqe Mediterranean past. X:WP delights fans with it's sharp humour and strong themes; it's violent, attractive and serious, but at the same time, never once tries to impose on anything. So light-hearted it's more like a comedy at times, but the lives and tribulations of the supremely likeable characters give a great deal of depth to the show. It is an awesome programme, dealing ... If you like action, adventure and fantasy, all with a “historical” backdrop and a strong female lead, then this is the only show for you! I love the fact that we have a wise, yet in some ways uncompromising, woman as the focus for this show. Although Xena originated in the Hercules series, I feel that Xena has outshone her origins, and is more than a show in her own right. Lucy Lawless (Xena) plays a hero that is out to undo all the wrongs she committed as a war lord in her past. With lots of martial art and other bizarre skills, she will protect the innocent and teach all those bad boys a lesson they won’t forget. Renee ... Read the complete review

Xena is a marvel of modern television programs. Considering the fact the producers work with the budget alotted to a TV show, the graphics and sets of the show are spell binding...much more captivating then some of the high budget, low effort movies we all pay 7 bucks a pop for. Several people have already given an over view of this show, telling of the exploits and adventures of the warrior woman we've all grown to love. A point I think should be stressed, however, is the wide appeal of the show. Xena grabs her male audience by their shirtfront with her in-your-face leather outfit and revealing shenannigans. But more importantly, Xena also appeals to ... Read the complete review
