OK this season is great for a number of reasons, but I feel the first reason is William Fitchner as Alexander Mahone. Fitchner brings a real deep aspect to the character, that not many actors can pull of. I for one was a bit skeptical after loving season 1 and wondering how they can possibly match it, due to them not being in prison anymore and the show being called Prison Break and I know this is a personal opinion, but I feel this season is actually a bit better, due to them being ont he run and the whole country is chasing them and its just amazing. Agent Mahone is ruthless and will do whatever it takes to catch schofield and co. I had seen him before in other movies and show, but never really appreciated him until prison break and I will put one slight spoiler in here so please stop reading if you have not got past this season of prison break, but for Fitchner and Mahone season 2 is not the end, and this character continues to be a regular even in season 4 :)
