So this is where it all began. This series is so good it is difficult to come up with enough superlatives although before I get going I have to say that if you do not like violence, bad language or scenes of a sexual nature, you are unlikely to enjoy this show. For thos of you however that like your entertainment with all of the above with some slick writing and some great characters and acting. I have caught the odd episode of Soprano’s over the last couple of years, and each one I watched I was mesmerised to the screen, but always being busy I would often forget to watch the next week and therefore I only picked up half the plot. I decided to buy my husband the boxed set DVD’s of series one and two for Christmas and catch up on the whole show from the beginning and it was money well spent. The Soprano’s are a mob family based in present day New Jersey. Tony Soprano is the head of the family. ....got yourself a gun. Your mama always said the Region 1 would be the chosen one, but ya, you're one in a million....... Well you get the idea. Anyway I have to admit I always kick myself for never seeing The Sopranos when it first hit the screens. My first introduction was watching the last two episodes of Season 2, from that moment on I was hooked and having seen Season 3 on E4 I can say things just get better and better.
