Living in Leicester is certainly an experience. I've tried the majority of clubs and I must say but I am biased, that demontfort union is the best place to go. Failing that there are plenty of other places that cater for everyone! Student nights in clubs are, on Monday, Kudos, Tuesday, Time, Wednesday, Mozzy coast, and Thursday Industria, all very cheap nights out as I've experienced many times, but if you don't agree with the main stream stuff oxygen, Rhythm rooms and the Charlotte also have very good student nights. Leicester has two universities which means that they have loads of places to go for jus about everyone. There are two cinemas which are both very big and show all the latest films. The Warner Brothers cinema is a bit out of the way but it does have a bowling alley in the complex as well as loads of restaurants and bars. The pub that students go to the most is the Soar Point as its right next to De Montfort. There are loads of discounts on drinks (as there is everywhere in Leicester) and its also a good place to work if you feel the need!!
