Forget anything you've heard about other Scottish student unions, lots of people have lots of opinions on subjects they know very little about. Take it from someone who been to and been thrown drunkenly out of nearly all the unions north of the border that Dundee University Students Association is the cheapest overall and has some of the best events and facilities of any nightclub not just student unions. The building itself is five stories high and comprises of two bars, two nightclubs, a food outlet and umpteen pool tables and arcade machines. There really is something for everyone. Wether you're out on the pull, going clubbing, looking to dance away the wee small hours to cheesy music from every era or if you're just out for a quite drink or twenty, DUSA has it all. It also makes the perfect place to ply yourself full of ridiculously cheap drink before moving on to one of the many clubs close by. That's if you want to move on, the recently refurbished MONO venue has and continues to play host to some of the biggast DJs in Britain and is widely respected as one of the best clubs in Scotland. All this plus efficient (although sometimes overly stringent) security ensuring that DUSA is not only cheap but a safe place to corrode your suffering liver.

So would you recommend the Uni over Aberdeen?
