A typical student night out... (Bars & Entertainment)
Member Name: angel
Advantages: cheap, meet friends, central Disadvantages: music, crowded
If you go to LSE, there is hardly a more obvious solution for going dancing on a Friday night if you are out of money and have to take a break from overpriced London clubs than the CRUSH. It is loud, very crowded, and the atmosphere is generally good - especially in the beginning and at the end of term. Especially, it is a great place if you want to meet friends from your school, or even alumnis (eg just-started investmentbankers with nice clothes but huge circles under their eyes, on the hunt for girls which are said not be very commonly met in their profession :)). This is very valuable, since there are so many possibilities in London to go out that it might be difficult to meet people you know at a venue. Another advantage is that the drinks are really cheap. So, if you want to celebrate but not spend too much money - this is the place to go. Summary: |
