Advantages: Fantastic facilities

Disadvantages: Not many halls accommodation

The say Univeristy is supposed to be the best days of your life, having spent my University days at Bournemouth Univeristy i can say that is definately true.
I started off with a HND in tourism and business and was sent to the Isle of Wight!! not what i expected, but they used the college in Newport as its Univeristy affiliated, well situated for studying tourism. At first i thought i wasnt going to experience Univeristy life, but this campus is just as any other. Had student nights in Newport and its own Summer Ball, the bonus was that we went to all the balls in Bournemouth also. The final year when i did the HND top up i was based at the University. I was in a student house which was great. The campus has so many facilities i would recommend to all. Various IT suits, fantastic library, its own bookshop and other shops and a great food area.
There is a wide choice of courses and different schools that specialise in the subjects and have the facilities required such as labs for the Science courses. The lecturers are good and easy to communicate with and are there to help you when ever required.
Bournemouth University is one of the top univeristys going and i totally recommend it.

Summary: Great place to study and spend your University years.
