Advantages: A grant, fees are paid,

Disadvantages: Problems with the switcboard people and others higher up.

I was under the opinion that the government was trying to find more nurses - with the people the nursing department of Queens have on their switchboard, and indeed in their main office, you wouldnt think so!
They are ignorant and inconciderate.
I phoned for information concerning entry requirements and paths that could be followed once I entered the nursing profession. I was told, in a 'not so nice' way, to go away and stop bothering them. How nice.
As Im sure you can tell, I was NOT pleased with this and am NOT going to be applying to Queens University to follow a career in Nursing.
I am sure the lecturers etc. are nice enough, but I was treated very badly and have been put off applying here.
I would advise anyone looking to do nursing here that they should look elsewhere, either for another course, or for views from people other than those I spoke to!
