I started university last September, studying civil engineering, and really the location of QUB was the main reason for me deciding to go there. I was under the opinion that the government was trying to find more nurses - with the people the nursing department of Queens have on their switchboard, and indeed in their main office, you wouldnt think so! Queens is a fairly good university with good facilities. Most of it's buildings are around the same area in Belfast, although they don't always seem that close when you have to walk between them. Being someone who doesn't drink I'm not in the union very often. However from the times I have been there I can say it's not ... Read the complete review

Queen's is quite a good university. I have had no real problems there so far. They buildings are all nice, it's in nice surroundings, as it is right beside Botanic Gardens, it is close to the Bush, a cafe which makes some of the finest chicken curry you'll ever taste.
