I have been at South Bank University for one Semester studying Internet Computing and I have noticed that me and some of my friends are having trouble with logging on to the University computer network. I would suggest that as soon as you have any problems with your user account you go to the help desk in the Learning Resource Center to get new account passwords etc. You can't print out anything at University without an account on the network!
