Its wrong to think that you need mega bucks to join them, true some require more funds than oters but these funds can be offset against great friendships that otweigh these small costs sometimes just a tenner a year. The only problem is that sometimes there is not enough time to do all that we want do, so then young one's is the first lesson on time priorty and time management-it will stand you in good stead. You can leave this university life with the right skills and the right friends and never shall you look back on your time management skills. The university has a lot of clubs and societies and there is no shortage of people to take charge if your not so confident about these things. Its wrong to think that you need mega bucks to join them, true some require more funds than oters but these funds can be offset against great friendships that otweigh these small costs sometimes just a tenner a year. College system provides unique opportunity to practice sports and learn new ones with excellent facilities - you've just got to do one of the trad' sports, I chose rowing and enjoyed every moment. There is a nice balance between being serious as far as competitions go and the social side with loads of events of both a formal and informal nature and if the competitive bug really bites you can go all the way to blues standard and be seen on the telly - so get rocking and rowing!! ...  Read the complete review

The Oxford Union is the world famous debating society, currently in its 177th year. The Union is famous mainly because of the calibre of speakers that it can attract and the number of its former Officers who have gone on into public life later in their lives.
