BUT: the lecturers aren't really interested in students so don't expect them to ever know your name. I expect that this is as much as part of the fact that class sizes are triple those in the UK, but also due to the laid back spanish attitude. In one of my Human Biology lessons, the lecturer sat at the front of the class smoking. Lessons are quite fast paced but students will interrupt at any point to discuss things (and you can bet it will be someone with a really strong accent that you can't understand at all). It's in the lovely old city of Granada - first thing going for it. It's right in the centre of town - second thing going for it. Third: food in the student restaurant is excellent (but remember that I'm a Brit extolling the wonders of what is basically spanish school dinners!). Fourth: the buildings are mainly big, old gothic places. Fifth: they are also labyrinths so you can run away from lecturers and annoying classmates easily.
