I am now on my second one of these chargers - the first one I had eventually gave up the ghost after about 7 years. Given how modern laptops and associated hardware are now seen as throw away consumables I personally think this is very good. This unit comes in 2 separate bits (as shown on the picture) which separate about the main junction box; the first part plugs into the back of the laptop and ends at the junction box, the second part is a connector cable which connects into the junction box at one end and plugs into the wall at the other.
