Launchy is an absolutely fantastic program that will save loads of time for any computer user. It's available as a free download from www.launchy.net, with versions available for Windows and Linux. The download is about 4mb, which shouldn't be a problem for most people nowadays. Installation is quick and easy - much like the program itself.
