This is one of those pieces of software that you cannot do without if you are past 25, but what is it. MAME is the Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator and is one of a number of pieces of FREE software that you can use to play REAL arcade games. Yes not the poor implementations that appear on the Sinclair Spectrum, but copies of the ROMS from real arcade machines. MAME32 is a arcade emulator which can be used on my computer. Mame32 is a Windows based emulator. It was to be the best arcade emulator you can have. The games that are available are endless, around 4000 which include Simpsons (4 player), Pacman, Space Invaders, Asteroids, Break-Out and tons of other cool classics. If you can remember playing Space Invaders and Pacman this emulator is for. Although some of the game don't work but the majority do. The Roms vary in size from a few kb for Pacman and Space Invaders and a few mb's for Simpsons but it is definately worth the download as I spend a few days to complete this game.
