This 20 years of experiance is evident in their software, which is simple and easy to use, while making sure that all of the advanced features a power user would be after, are still there. Symantec Norton SystemWorks 2.0 for Mac ... 2004 is made up of Symantec's 'Norton' range of PC maintenance products: Antivirus, CleanSweep, GoBack Personal Edition, Password Manager and Utilities, plus Web Tools and an easy main screen that gives easy access to all the functions. All the products arrive on one CD, which you can use to boot your system in emergencies. In fact, the disc can recover a system even if the SystemWorks package hasn't yet been installed. However, a number of the repair tools are DOS-based and won't work with drives formatted using the NTFS file system, which is the default option for Windows XP. Norton SystemWorks 2000 ... with the computer. It asks if I want to use that space. I say, yes. It prompts me to make an Undo disk and then changes my hard disk so that it recognizes the unused area. It tells me I have to reboot the system so I do. It doesn't come back up! My system won't start because of invalid hard disk partitions! Big problem Big panic. I'm annoyed (there are better words) so I call Symantec to give them a piece of my mind. I get a constant engaged tone but i persevere and keep on trying without sucsess then at 5:30 i finally get through and am greeted by a very friendly voice telling me there office is closed but i can get help online That would be grea...
