	Scottish Power ... rented a flat a few months ago for ten months and as I knew I wasn t going to be there forever, I didn t bother changing the utilities from Scottish Power. The electricity was provided by a pre-payment key, which means you pay for your electric before you use it. I went and put some money on the key at the local shop, so far so good. Then I got a got a new key from Scottish Power, so went off to put some money on, got back home and the key wouldn t work - so I rang Scottish Power, who told me to ring on Monday and that I wouldn t be cut off over the weekend. 	EDF Energy ... I signed with EDF a couple of years back as I was gullible enough to listen to their promises of low prices for ever , duel fuel savings etc. Now I feel like a dual fool! Electricity price crept up slowly - fair enough. Then a gas bill for just over £2500! What?!?!? Customer services told me it was because of estimated bills. Absolute nonsense. I have had regular meter readings. They said Don t worry, if you pay £240 a month until it s paid that will be fine. I can t afford that so their solution was to take me to court to force me to have a pre pay meter installed so that every time I put money on the meter, it automatically takes half the money for the debt ... 	Scottish Power ... power...not much better than a bunch of criminals.... started to try to move in January as they just kept putting up DD even when we spent half year in credit...so we signed up with EDF..only to be refused a move by SP? then they let us move the electric in March but still refused the gas? then we start to get bills for electric and gas even though we had moved at least leccy to EDF? Confused...well after a lot of digging we found that they have the wrong meter number for our house..they have the plot number not the house number...and so the problems begin We have had debt collector letters, bills for amounts that differ by £700, even when we have been on a co...
