Advantages: None whatsoever Disadvantages: Everything about them
They made my life hell for wishing to move to a cheaper supplier. I used an agent to switch and everything was done above board, to the business standard as set out by energywatch, yet they continually put blocks on the switch and threatened me with out of contract prices even though energywatch were involved and had told them to behave. Then they started taking money out of my account without explanation. Then sending credited bills and even put money into my account. Everytime I phone they say they are going away to sort it and will phone back within 24 hours and I never hear anymore until I contact them again and around and around we go. Now they are chasing me for £1000 and have referred it to a debt collection agency. Summary: Just don't be tempted by anything they say, it's not true. |
