British Gas left me without Gas over 2 different weekends when I was with them a few years ago. Both occasions were their fault. One Friday evening they put a card through my neighbours door, when I called up to say no-one had visited it was too late t o send another engineer to the right address. The 2nd occasion I was understandably more nervous, so called just after mid-day to make sure someone would visit, when no-one arrived by 6pm I called again and was told someone would be with me in the next 2 hours, but guess what no-one showed and when I called again I was told it was (again) too late and no-one would be sent until Monday. They really are a useless shower, once I moved out of that metered flat I vowed to never use them as an energy provider again. I promise I will keep until my dying day.
Summary: useless verging on fraudulant
