The wrong choice (British Gas)

Advantages: Supplier for gas and electric

Disadvantages: Bad service and prices

British Gas is the leading number one gas and electric company out there. I was using their service last year for 6 months and thought their service was a disgrace. Every 3 months I used to pay my bills and the first bill I got of them was high in the charges.I hardly used to put the television on or use gas as I used to be at work often. The bill was high so I paid it but 3 months later it was double that. Not only were they sending me my own bills but they a bill for the tenant who lived before me and asked me to pay the bill!

I still paid my bill before asking them to remove them from the address. The refused and wanted me to pay for the bill which was not even mines! I had paid my 2 bills yet the bill which was not mine I was suppose to pay for it?This was a huge deal made by them and they cut of supply in my house for this reason. Seriously shocked by them for the way they have behaved in this manner towards me for something which was not even my fault!

Summary: Use somebody else not British Gas
