Well i work for the company, and let me tell you something its not customer services!!!! They have obviously bitten of more then they can chew. And all the people that do have any inkling of the system are not treated correctly. The case is if you know nothing you get promoted. This is beyond a doubt the oddest company i have worked for. As for saying british is best and people thinking due to it being british gas they are getting a better deal. I suggest you think again, I work there i would never move my electricity to them. The people seem incompatent due to training (or should i say lack of). Its all statistics length of your average call needs to be on targets. Unfortunately all customer services is going this way. Mind you if you have lots of call centres what do you expect. There just the sweat shops of the nineties.

Summary:
