Advantages: Lower debits - Freephone number - Friendly staff

Disadvantages: None that Ive found so far after 2 years...!!!

EDF are the best..!! Far better than NPOWER..!!

I have been a customer of EDF for almost two years now and I can honestly say, they are a breath of fresh air compared to my previous supplier. (NPOWER)

With EDF, my debits are much much lower,
I can give my meter readings free of charge online,
and if I need to call them about anything,

1) It's a free phone number.

2) Ive never been left hanging on the phone waiting to talk to anyone for longer than a minute.

3) When ever Ive had to contact them, Ive found that their call centre in Hove Sussex is staffed by friendly people, who are only too happy to help.

UNLIKE NPOWER who's call centre which is staffed by some of the rudest people in the land. Hope they sack the lot of them and move the call centre to India..!!!
