I'm not going to write a premium review of this, since I don't know enough about the customer service, as I personally don't take care of the electricity service. However, since we've been in this house, there have been between 8 and 10 powercuts, over maybe 18 months. They come at completely random times, and last from between a few seconds to 6 hours. I can't tell you how annoying it is when you're working on something on the computer and the power goes down. Teach me not to write up reviews in Word...
I'm all for edf energy's support of renewable energy and their windfarm project, but if they can't keep up the electricity supply, which is their main function as an electricity company, then surely they should work on that first.
