I have had a right game with my electricity and gas, because I move around quite often, it takes about 6 months to sort it out every time. With all these great deals on, I thought I'd plump for electricity and gas from Npower because it would be cheaper than having two sperate suppliers. But the cost seems to have rocketed, and every time I ask them if I have the electricity and gas discount they tell me to call back or send something in writing.

If we must have privatisation, can we make this whole process a little simpler please? And this goes for all utilities, when I phone up to change something or to close or open an account, why does it take months to get the message through? Phone up three different operators and you'd get three different answers. I hate having a go at the people answering calls because they have a tough job, but its so frustrating when no one will listen to what you have to say!!

Summary: Get it off anyone else but them
